Similar to the Arabic Dessert, Riz b Haleeb or Rice Pudding, this is a healthier version replacing the rice by quinoa => Quinoa Pudding. Love the flavors and how healthy this snack/dessert is!

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Serves: 1-2 people
- ½ cup quinoa
- 6 cups milk
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Dried fruits for garnish
- Add milk and quinoa in a pot and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes or until almost all the milk has been absorbed.
- After 10 minutes of the cooking time, add the honey, vanilla and mistika
- Pour the quinoa pudding in individual bowls and garnish the top with some dried fruits.
