Dates Pistachio Energy Balls

These healthy Dates Pistachio Energy Balls are PERFECT as snacks, desserts or even breakfast. They’re so sweet without any extra added sugar and amazingly healthy.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Serves: 5-6 people



  • 1 cup soft dates
  • ¾ cup pistachio
  • ½ cup cranberries
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil


  1. Place the dates in a food processor and pulse for a few seconds until you get a unified dough texture. 
  2. Add the pistachio, cranberries and coconut oil and pulse until combined.
  3. Shape the dough into small balls and keep at room temperature in an airtight container.
