Purees are PERFECT once you start introducing solids to your baby. They’re easy to make and your baby will love them. ( I am in love with this Apple Cauliflower Puree!)
The objective of the puree recipes is to introduce as many ingredients & flavors to your baby as early as his/her 6 months one puree at a time.
Introduce them slowly; once your baby is used to one of them then you’re ready to introduce another one.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 25 minutes
Makes: 700 g
Age: 6 months +
Storage in Fridge: Up to 3 days
Storage in Freezer: Up to months
- 1/2 head of Cauliflower
- 2 Apples
- 1/2 teaspoon Curry Powder
- Preheat oven to 200 C
- Chop cauliflower and apples into pieces.
- In an tray, lined with parchment paper, place the cauliflower and apples. Sprinkle with the curry powder and bake for 25 minutes.
- Once done, place into a blender until you get a puree.
