Apple Cauliflower Puree

Purees are PERFECT once you start introducing solids to your baby.  They’re easy to make and your baby will love them. ( I am in love with this Apple Cauliflower Puree!)

The objective of the puree recipes  is to introduce as many ingredients & flavors to your baby as early as his/her 6 months one puree at a time.

Introduce them slowly; once your baby is used to one of them then you’re ready to introduce another one.

Preparation Time:  5 minutes
Cooking Time: 25 minutes
Makes: 700 g

Age: 6 months +
Storage in Fridge: Up to 3 days
Storage in Freezer: Up to months


  • 1/2 head of Cauliflower
  • 2 Apples
  • 1/2 teaspoon Curry Powder


  1. Preheat oven to 200 C
  2. Chop cauliflower and apples into pieces.
  3. In an tray, lined with parchment paper, place the cauliflower and apples. Sprinkle with the curry powder and bake for 25 minutes.
  4. Once done, place into a blender until you get a puree.
