Spicy Beef Stroganoff

Hey Guys! I am so excited about this!!!! AHHHH! My FIRST Recipe Video 🙂 I spent 2 days working on this and  I am so proud of it! Enjoy the recipe and let me know what you think.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Cooking Time: 35 minutes

Serves: 4 people


  • 1 Large Onion
  • 250 g White Mushrooms
  • 500 g Tenderloin Steak, sliced thinly
  • 1 Maggi Juicy Chicken Hot & Spicy Mix
  • 1 Cup Water
  • Half Cup Cooking Cream
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  1. Preheat Oven to 200 c
  2. Chop the onion and slice the mushrooms into medium pieces
  3. Place steak slices into the Maggi Bag (from the Hot & Spicy Mix) and add all other ingredients to it. (including spices from the Mix)
  4. Lock the bag and mix well. Place on a tray into the over for 35 minutes.
  5. Serve with Rice or Pasta as a side Dish
