Goat Cheese Meatballs

Goat Cheese Meatballs are the new thing in our household! They’re so healthy and don’t need frying! They’re perfect for your kids and everyone else in the family! Serve it with the yoghurt tahini sauce and you’re good to go!

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4-6 people


For Meatballs 

  • 500 g Minced Beef
  • 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Mint
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley
  • 1/4 cup Spring Onions
  • 1 Egg
  • 125 g Soignon Goat Cheese with Garlic & Herbs
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Cardamon
  • 1 tsp 7 Spices
  • Olive Oil

For Sauce

  • 2 cups Yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup Tahini
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1/4 cup Mint, Coriander & Parsley Mix
  • 2 Garlic Cloves


  1. Preheat oven at 200 C
  2. Cut spring onions, parsley & mint finely.
  3. In a bowl, mix well all meatballs ingredients until you get a homogenous mix. Accordingly, with an ice cream scooper, scoop the meat mix and form a ball. Repeat until all mix is over.
  4.  Place meatballs in a oven proof tray. Brush with olive oil and cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce but mixing all sauce ingredients well together.
  6. Remove from oven and serve with sauce!
