Raspberry & Strawberry Oat Bars

These healthy snacks, breakfast or desserts are so easy to make and so healthy! Try them on and let me know what you think.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Baking/Freezing Time: 55 minutes

Serves: 4-6 people

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons Coconut Oil
  • 60 g Butter
  • 4 tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 250 g Rolled Oats
  • 100g chopped Raspberry
  • 100 g chopped Strawberries

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 C
  2. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper
  3. In a pan melt the coconut oil. Add the butter and honey. Stir until all the ingredients have melted together
  4. Pour this mixture into a bowl then add the oats and mix well
  5. Gently fold in the strawberries and raspberries then transfer the mixture into the baking pan, pressing down the top with the back of a spoon
  6. Bake for 25 minutes until the edges are brown
  7. Leave the oat mixture to cool to room temperature in the dish
  8. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes
  9. Cut into 8 large or 16 small slices
