Avocado Chocolate Mousse

As you all know by now, I am pregnant, delivering soon hopefully, and I am cutting down on sweets. I desperately needed a SUGAR FREE dessert and I thought of trying to make an Avocado Chocolate Mousse. Tara! After mixing a few ingredients together, got this creamy & surprisingly sweet dessert. Try it!

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 2 people


  • 2 Ripe Avocados
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 125 g Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 6 tablespoons Honey (reduce or add to your liking)


  1. In a blender ( a good one) or  food processor, mix all ingredients together.
