Summer Smoothie

This Summer Smoothie is so refreshing and so easy to make + it’s healthy and it has no added sugar! Small tip – You can always drain it if you want but I like it the way it is. Enjoy! (check video below)

 

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Serves: 1 person (a large glass)

 

Ingredients

  • 3 pieces Watermelon
  • 1 Mango
  • 30 Grapes
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Almond Milk (or normal Milk)
  • 1 cup Yoghurt

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in an Electronic blender for about a minute
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
