I am totally in love with this Strawberry Smoothie Bowl! Can you believe that this is my very FIRST Smoothie Bowl? I cant believe how filling this is and healthy at the same time. You would literally feel so full till lunch time if you make this in the morning. If you like your smoothie a bit sweeter, I suggest you add some honey to the below recipe. Enjoy and let me know what you think when you try it.
FYI – you could always have this in a glass and have it as a drink.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes (even less)
Serves: 1 person
- 1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1/2 Cup Carrot (about 1 Carrot)
- 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
- 2 tbsp Oats
- Blend everything well using a blender & pour into a bowl
- Get creative and top with your favorite toppings – Et Voila, you have yourself a Strawberry Smoothie Bowl!
