Mixed Berries Smoothie

I am not the biggest fan of Smoothies but this Mixed Berries Smoothie is really good that I am so excited to try new smoothies soon 🙂

And I just bought my first LIGHTING Gear. Yey! Well, actually, my husband got it for me as the Blog/Facebook Page/ Instagram/Pinterest is doing well. (Reward Gift!)  So, moving forward, my pictures hopefully will get better 🙂

This is another Smoothie Recipe; my special Mixed Berries Smoothie. I am actually in love with this one as it is REALLY Good and HEALTHY! Have it for Breakfast then thank me later 🙂 Enjoy!

 

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Serves: 1 person (a large glass)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Large Banana (Optional)
  • 1 Cup of Ice
  • 1/2 Cup Milk (you can use any Milk – I used Cow Milk)
  • 70 g Greek Yoghurt
  • 5 Blackberries
  • 5 Strawberries
  • 5 Blueberries
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • Handful of Sunflower Seeds
  • Extra Berries and Banana Pieces

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in an Electronic blender for about a minute
  2. Pour into a glass
  3. Have some Sunflower Seeds/Berries/Cut Banana Pieces on the side and put them inside the cup. I personally enjoy drinking the smoothie and eating the fruits at the same time 🙂
