Mixed Toasts Recipe

Healthy Toasts that can be made for breakfast or eaten as a starter while waiting for your big meal. Love the combination of sweet & sour and I suggest you try them ASAP.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Serves: 2-3 people

 

Ingredients

Toast 1
· Wholegrain toast bread
· 1 banana
· 2 peanut butter
· ½ tsp flaxseeds
· ½ tps sunflower seeds
· Drizzle of honey  


Toast 2
· Wholegrain toast bread
· Goat cheese
· 4 Strawberries
· ¼ cup edamame
· Salt
· Drizzle of balsamic vinegar

Directions

Toast 1

Spread the peanut butter on the toast bread and add the rest of the ingredients on top.

Toast 2

Spread the goad cheese on the toast bread and add the rest of the ingredients on top.
